1. How can I unsubscribe
immediately?
Send a text message with the word STOP to 33233. You will be
unsubscribed from the service immediately and you will receive a
confirmation message.
Alternatively, send an e-mail via our customer care e-mail form located
at http://www.smsgameon.com/canadasupport.html.
Within 24 hours you will be unsubscribed from the service (exception on
weekend days, in which case you will be unsubscribed on the following
Monday).
You can also telephone our support number 1-800-301-4217 to receive
additional automated information and leave a voicemail. Within 24 hours
you will be unsubscribed from the service (exception on weekend days,
in which case you will be unsubscribed on the following Monday).
Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive any messages. The only
exception would be that one daily message, that has already been
delivered to your mobile communications carrier could still arrive
after opting out of the service.
2. How do I find out which service I
am subscribed to or how to learn more about the service?
For more information on the service related to the 5-digit short code,
text the word HELP. You will receive information about service name,
pricing, support website, subscription type, content type, 1-800 number
and renewal dates.
3. I didn’t know that I would
have to pay for the service:
We clearly communicate in all our advertisements (on our website, in
our commercials and in our welcome message, either visually and/or
verbally) what the price per message is and how people can unsubscribe
from our service. The fee is $1.25/game daily; max 5 games/day + standard
messaging fees. Other charges may apply, charged to your wireless phone
bill.
4. My child subscribed to the
service:
Please note that we clearly communicate in all our advertisements (on
our website, in our commercials and in our welcome message, either
visually and/or verbally) that children under the age of majority may
not participate in the services. In every case, the contracting party
of the mobile phone that sends and receives the text messages is
responsible for the mobile phone and its fees. So, we are very sorry,
but in this case you cannot get a refund.
5. I never subscribed to any of your
services:
The only way to get a subscription to our service is by sending a text
message from the subscribed mobile phone (the phone number that
receives our service). If you didn’t send an opt-in message
perhaps somebody else used your telephone to subscribe to the service.
